Attendance Policy

Due to recent issues with people signing up for events and then calling out last minute, we’ll be implementing a point reduction system moving forward.

If you're responsible and committed to your events, this will not affect you. However, we want to remind you that we organize these events for your benefit, and volunteer centers are counting on your presence. Last-minute cancellations are not acceptable.

Here’s how the new system will work:

• The first time this happens: You will receive a point reduction and a warning.

• The second time: You will receive another point reduction and will be prohibited from volunteering or attending future events.

If you're unable to attend an event, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in a point reduction and may affect your future participation. 

This policy will help ensure that everyone stays accountable, and that the events we organize can go smoothly as planned. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
